摘要:随着经济的发展，科学的进步，我国的冶金工程项目管理中存在的诸多问题,必须加强管理力度以及想出创新的办法克制诸多问题的出现。本文主要阐述了在钢铁冶金类工程中在管理上所遇到的问题和挑战,并结合项目的开始阶段、规划阶段以及执行和竣工阶段，提出了应对此类问题和挑战的具体对策。

Abstract: With the development of economy, the progress of science, China metallurgical engineering project management exist many problems; we must strengthen the management strength and come up with an innovative approach to overcome many problems. This article mainly elaborated in the iron and steel metallurgy engineering in the management of the problems encountered and challenge; and combining the beginning phase of the project, planning and execution and completion stage, put forward to answer such questions and challenges countermeasures.

引言:近年来，由于我国经济的快速发展，国内外涌现出了多家钢铁企业，它们的增长计划与全球钢铁行业的兴旺及终端用户的高增长率保持一致。除了对老厂现有设施进行技术改造和产能扩建，各地区还出现了许多新建钢铁项目。然而从目前的执行角度来看，在项目管理上仍存在着一定的问题。如果能够对此类工程中的项目管理进一步发展和完善，从容应对新的挑战，将会驱动钢铁企业运作效率的持续提高，降低新项目成本，最终确保项目目标按时保质地达成。
