〔摘 要〕针对冶金炉内高温熔体物位检测自动检测缺少标准化、成熟可靠的装置及应用方案的情况,介绍了一种优化的高温熔体物位检测装置。该装置采用适用于高温环境的物位检测装置新型设计,通过对雷达传感器结构进行针对高温环境的设计,增加多个散热部件,重新选择传感器核心材料和散热片材质,大大提高了仪表传感器的耐温能力,有助于提高物位检测装置在火法铜冶炼范围的闪速炉、侧吹炉等高温炉体上的可靠性、稳定性,延长使用寿命。
