硅酸锆珠(CZS): 采用电解液中滴定成型，高温烧结定相的先进工艺制成。珠内由致密的硅酸锆微粒组成微观结构，拒绝了毛隙和空腔，避免了晶相和玻璃相的分离，比同类珠子有更大的密度和硬度，磨耗率是同类硅酸锆珠的1/2。中等的密度和硬度适合中低粘度浆料的分散和研磨，可匹配部分的砂磨机，为通用型磨介。氧化锆含量: 64%, 氧化硅含量: 33%,比 重: >4.0kg/dm3, 散 重: >2.5kg/L,莫 氏 硬度: >7.0, 维 氏 硬度: >900kg/mm2,耐 压 强度: 1200N(2mm), 粒 径: 0.4-3.2mm,吨 磨 耗: 0.05kg/吨, 包 装: 25kg/桶CZS zirconium silicate beads are shaped in electrolyte solution and hardened at a high temperature in kilin. Compared to the other zircon beads and the ATZ beads, they have homogenous microstructure and no air pockets. This give them 1/2 lower beads wear than the others.
