棕刚玉对辊砂是通过对辊机生产线加工处理而成，堆积密度比球磨整形砂低，但纯度高，自锐性强，韧性好，磁性物含量特低，用其制成的磨具磨削锋利，发热率低，磨削比高，且使用时沾附少;制成的烧结磨具具有烧成后颜色深蓝、不起网状裂纹、无锈斑的特点，适用于制造陶瓷、树脂高固结磨具以及研磨、抛光等。BFA with low Bulk Density (can be washed as your requirement)The abrasive grains of this products crashed by rolling machine.The bulk density is lower than the ball mill grains. It is characterized by its high purity,strong self-sharpening, good toughness, ultra-low content of themagnetic materials. It can be made into grinding tools that is characterized by sharp grinding, low heat generation ratio, high grinding rate and fewcoating in the using course, and the sintering grinding tools that is characterized by deep blue color after firing, without resillage, without rust and so on.After water washing，with very low dust.Brown Fused Alumina with low bulk density is applicable to make ceramic and resinoid high bonded abrasivetools, grinding abrasive and polishing materials.
