国瓷材料为全球采用滴定法生产工艺生产氧化锆微珠，并使用国瓷自制水热合成的6nm高纯超细氧化锆为原材料。 滴定法所生产的氧化锆陶瓷微珠可低温烧结且内部无气孔，具有高致密性、高强度、高韧性、低磨耗等性能。国瓷采用全新制备方法生产的在1200℃烧结的氧化锆球的平均晶粒大小约为150nm。 主要适用于电极材料、多层陶瓷电容器、油漆、涂料等高机能材料的分散与研磨。 Sinocera is the first company to adopt the method of titration for preparing zirconia in the world and used the homemade 6nm high-purity ultrafine zirconia as raw material. Zirconia beads have the properties of high density, high hardness, low wear-loss and better crushing load, etc. Average grain size is about 150nm. Zriconia beads are mainly applied in the dispersing and milling of electrode material, multilayer, ceramic capactiors and other materials.
